    + Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

    + Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution

    **Required Qualifications:**

    + 4+ years of Systems Engineering, Technology Architecture experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

    + 3+ years in supporting Enterprise level Messaging environments, Exchange on-premises, as well as M365 SaaS offerings such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint

    **Desired Qualifications:**

    + Experience supporting M365 SaaS applications and Azure

    + Scripting & Automation, with PowerShell included

    + Excellent communication skills

    + Experience with Enterprise Change Control, Incident Management, Policies, Regulatory requirements

    + Experience with Agile, Service Now and Jira as well as monitoring and observability tools such as SCOM, SCOM M365, Thousand Eyes, Aternity, Big Panda
