**POSITION SUMMARY**

As a Technology Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the successful set-up, configuration, and ongoing management of GTP Stratus. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the software aligns with our organizational needs and enhances our MEP construction processes. This includes setting standards and coordinating with internal teams across the nation. This role is responsible for leading small technology design projects and improvement efforts, including testing new technology for implementation, specifically the implementation of Stratus. 1. Configuration and Deployment:

+ Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into GTP Stratus configurations.

+ Help to lead the deployment process, including software installation, database setup, and customizations.

+ Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and data sources.

2. User Training and Support:

+ Develop training materials and conduct sessions for end-users.

+ Provide ongoing support to users, addressing configuration-related queries and troubleshooting issues.

3. Data Management:

+ Oversee data migration and ensure data accuracy within GTP Stratus.

+ Collaborate with BIM/VDC teams to maintain consistent data standards.

4. Change Management:

+ Implement/Manage change control processes to manage software updates, enhancements, and modifications.

+ Communicate changes to relevant teams and ensure smooth transitions.

5. Performance Optimization:

+ Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize configurations.

+ Work with technical teams to fine-tune settings for optimal efficiency.

6. Collaboration and Documentation:

+ Collaborate with software developers and vendors to address configuration-related issues.

+ Maintain detailed documentation on configurations, customizations, and best practices.

**What you’ll need to be successful:**

+ Proven experience in software configuration, preferably in the construction industry.

+ Familiarity with MEP processes, BIM, and construction project workflows.

+ Good knowledge of Autodesk Products. Especially Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Design Collaboration.

+ Good experience in BIM Content Creation (RFA)

+ Strong organizational skills

**What You Will Do**

+ Perform duties related to assembly, maintenance, and repair of boilers, pressure vessels, tanks and vats by performing a variety of complex welding processes such as electric resistance, oxy acetylene or arc torches.

**What You Bring To Freeport**

+ Two (2) years of experience in the crafts of Welder/Boilermaker or a combination of education and experience

+ Proficiency in welding/cutting.

+ Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (this includes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOP Exists) and have experience demonstrating the required aptitude. The selected candidate shall demonstrate the ability to apply knowledge and skills while also passing a written assessment where required. This exam is based on skills/abilities and/or academic knowledge; as well as safety.

+ Ability to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-related instructions and procedures given in English.

+ Ability to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, job procedures, and applicable safety standards.

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ High School diploma or GED

+ Journeyman level structural iron working

+ Plant or mine structural experience

+ Proficiency in smaw & fcaw weld process and air arc

+ Proficiency with blue print reading

+ Proficiency in layout process

+ 6 years structural ironworking experience

+ Be able to perform work with little to no direction from supervisor

+ Proficiency in repair or replace structural work and shoring process

The estimated pay range for this role is currently **$27.00 - $37.00/hour** . This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. **I. Job Summary**

Under general supervision, applies appropriate welds to fabricate or repair compactors, containers and carts.

**II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Performs minor repairs and applies basic welding processes.

+ Repairs compactors, containers and carts.

+ Performs preventive maintenance inspections, diagnostic and repair of electrical and hydraulic systems on compactors.

+ Qualified in the welding processes such as arc welding, gas welding, aluminum welding, brazing, and soft soldering on a variety of materials.

+ Conducts safety checks on compactors and containers.

+ Completes required paperwork utilizing fleet maintenance software program associated with repairing compactors and containers, documenting parts usage, and accounting for repair times.

+ Assists senior welders in the completion of project work.

+ Performs service calls for compactor repair.

+ Performs related work such as flame cutting, bending, forming, beveling, notching of metal and plastic parts.

+ Performs all work within Standard Repair Times (SRTs).

+ Works from prints, drawings and verbal instructions.

+ Performs standard layouts and set-ups of dimensions and tolerances.

+ Utilizes standard shop hand tools, measuring devices and equipment.

+ Performs other maintenance related work as required.

+ Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate / OSHA Standards.

+ Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures.
